Example of a complex network solution:
Telecommunication access to VisaTour. VisaTour system was introduced in Ukraine by the Embassy of Spain with the purpose to automate the process of visa granting for travel agencies. Infocom JV implemented this project of Spain Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and now it enables travel agencies located in different parts of Ukraine to work with automated system of visa ordering. Vital is the fact that Infocom provides a complex solution which means that a travel agency needn’t have a staff specialist in IT-technologies. This also allows obtaining dedicated access to the Internet, IP-telephony and traditional telephony for international calls.
