Services of access to the financial and other institutions resources are complex solutions aimed to provide a customer with finished product. These solutions cover recommended telecom services parameters, hardware support and quality parameters as well. To receive such a service a customer shouldn’t have an IT-specialist. The whole process of installation and service support can be executed by Infocom.
Such solutions acquit customer of necessity to maintain IT-specialists, they allow using standard services necessary for customer’s business.
In general, these are the services for banks and financial institutions, though there are also services for organizations of other kind, such as travel agencies.

1. | Telecommunication access to the resources of Western Union, Europay, National Bank CH, Х.25/Х.28 and IP. Bank institutions keep on using a high-reliable and protected protocol of Х.25 family in their standard solutions. Access to the mentioned resources is now a necessary package for all banks. 2. | Telecommunication access to SWIFTNet through Infonet VPN. In 2003-2004 world community switched to another technology of bank handling when the whole range of services is provided via modern IP VPN channel complied with the unified standard both on solutions and telecommunications as well as their maintenance. It was Infocom jointly with our partner Infonet who connected banks to the world network SWIFTNet by the new standard, managing at the same not to exceed the rigid time frame of migration. This multi-functional service requires modern solutions, on-line servicing; only operators with strong position on market are capable to cope with this. | |
3. | Telecommunication access to SWIFT PROFIX Service Bureau. As an alternative to the direct connection to SWIFTNet Infocom can offer banks a connection to the SWIFT server of Service Bureau in Kiev. This connection is much more beneficial if used along with Infocom integrated service. | |
4. | Telecommunication access of cash machines to processing centers of UPC, UkrCard, Eximbank... (connection via midi, GPRS, etc.). Expansion of cash machines network made banks face a problem related to qualified building and supporting the network of cash machines connection with operational recovery, trouble-free access to the processing center and possibility of connection in different regions of Ukraine. This service enables a bank to provide people with cash machines service without spending costs on the personnel for own telecom network maintaining. | |
5. | Telecommunication 24-hour access to REUTERS. Receiving the freshest information and news from REUTERS agency is provided by a special telecom solution standardized by the agency itself. The service is available via PVC as a part of integrated service; it provides customers with quality and reliable service and saves costs considerably. |
