Infocom Joint Venture is enrolled into the list of providers entitled to give access to global networks to state organizations in compliance with the provision, issued with the purpose to perform the President’s Decree of September 24, 2001 891/2001 “On a number of measures to protect state information resources in data transmission networks”.

Dedicated Internet lines enable 24-hour unlimited access to national and world Internet resources. High-speed external ground-based channels and satellite links, connection to a traffic exchange point, and availability of our own national network in Ukraine ensure high quality of Internet services for Infocom customers.
Infocom On-Line system enables satellite resource distribution to large Ukrainian cities.
A dedicated Internet port can be easily turned into an integrated services port, while obtaining additionally, for example, IP-telephony, banking services, or virtual connections.
That enables to bring down expenses significantly, and facilitate the process of obtaining servicing “from a single provider”. The flexible tariff policy is best suited to customers’ interests. The price policy depends upon a region, and there is also an option to conclude a corporate agreement with uniform prices and servicing rules.
The customers of dedicated Internet access services are state organizations and departments, corporate clients, which obtain Internet as a part of corporate network services, offices and agencies, which require high-grade and reliable Internet, maintenance and diligence in solving the client’s problems.
Dial-up Internet access is provided due to serial access numbers available in all regions, up-to-date modem equipment, roaming over Ukraine for mobile users.
Various tariff plans, possibility to work against a contract or by means of buying prepaid cards enable consumers of different categories to find the optimal way.
