Borned in 1958 in Ukraine. Received higher education. Graduated from Odessa nautical school, Institute of national economy (Kiev).

Worked in the Black Sea marine steamship line (1977-1981).

 

Started his telecommunication experience from 1981 (in the Information Centre of the Ministry of Communications of Ukraine)

From 1992 works for Infocom JV. Starts from the position of a system adviser,  after became chief of department of external relations (1994-1997), deputy of director of projects and development (1997- october 2007).

 

IAlexander has been holding the position  of the  Director on projects and development since September, 2007.

Married, has a daughter.
