Alexander was born in 1958 in Grodno region, Byelorussia. He received higher education. In 1982 he graduated from Kiev Polytechnic Institute, speciality "Electronic Computers". Besides, he has the Diploma of Grand MacEvan College (Canada) in Management Studies Program (2003).

 

Alexander worked at Kiev plant Radioizmeritel as a specialist for Videoton JSC computers, the chief of a department in MNTTs Alternativa, the Commercial Director at Amatek Scientific and Production Enterprise.

 

He has been holding the position of the Commercial Director at Infocom JV since 1994.

 

Alexander guides marketing and commercial policy issues, development and introduction of new service tariffs, settlements with customers, and mutual payments with partners.

 

He was awarded with breastplate "Honorable Telecommunications Worker of Ukraine" and the Diploma of the State Committee for Communications of Ukraine.

 

Alexander is married, and he has two sons.
